Today, our goal was Hong Kong Island… so after breakfast, we meet up with my Aunt and we left for Hong Kong Island via mini-bus and MTR… we made a short detour for a toilet break at the Maritime Square at the MTR… we alighted at the Central MTR and sat the electric bus to go towards Sheung Wan… the electric bus is quite small thou… we parted our ways at the Western Market… i brought my Sister and Brother towards Hollywood Road while the others were at the Western Market…Mum soon caught up with us, while we hanged out a while at the Hollywood Road Park to continue on the walk for Hollywood Road…

Walking on the Hollywood Road where antiques shops are located, we branched into the Upper Lascar Row, also known as Cat Street where the stalls are located… and before we branch off into Cat Street, we visited the Man Mo Temple, which house the God of Literature and God of War and also the Goddess of Mercy at the side…

Continuing on Hollywood Road, we followed the route and happened to passed upon Staunton Street and had our lunch there… i had the beef green curry, Brother had the beef fried rice, Mum had the sweet & sour pork with rice and Sister had the steamed chicken with rice… my two Grandmothers and Aunt that had took their time to walk the Dried Seafood Street, along the Des Vouex Road West to Wing Lok Street…

The lunch was quite standard tasting… and so, we moved on to Wing Kut Street via Graham Street… Wing Kut Street is a place where fashion accessories could be bought… we then went to the nearby Li Yuen Street West & East where move stalls are located… going through the streets, we took the electric bus again… towards Wan Chai, we went to the Toy Street, Tai Yuen Street…

Took the electric bus backwards to Admiralty to go to Pacific Place, where it’s so big that there seems to be two parts… nothing much that we wanted to buy there so we took the elecrtic bus again, in the forward direction to Causeway Bay to walk about… we landed around Times Square… walked about Percival Street, Lee Garden Street, Kai Chiu Road, then into Jardine’s Crescent… somehow, different from what i had expected Lee Garden Street had some mobile stalls, while most of the other streets are shops… Jardine’s Crescent is most of a stall fill packed place where is it quite hard to walk freely since the original space was not that big in the first place…

We had our dinner at Jardine’s Bazzar… we ate Vietnamese beef vermicelli… i had the one with rare beef and beef brisket, while the others had beef ball and normal beef vermicille…we ordered extra Vietnamese coffee, chendol drink, lychee drink and milk tea… ordered the shrimp roll as a side dish… there’s a lot of beef the vermicille…

After dinner, we walked along the Great George Street, Kingston Street and Paterson Street… nabbed nothing since mostly they were shops… so we went to Times Square… made some shopping at C!ty Super, similar to the Singapore version of Market Place meets Takashimaya of some sort…

When we completed, we took the MTR from Causeway Bay back to Tsing Yi then by Taxi again, to the hotel…

Somehow, the weather today was fine during the evening to night time, but the mornings were still especially cold… i had still not break a sweat at all since i was here… haha…
