Today is the first day of the Chinese New Year, awoken by my Grandmother that was sleeping on the mattress next to me at about 10.30am or so, i helped her to boil water for her coffee mixed with milo and gotten her some bread for toasting…

Moved on to my Grandmother next… apparently the small part was flipping out, reported my Grandmother, so she wanted my sister to iron it out for her… which at this moment of time reminds me of Betty’s sister, Hilda (from Ugly Betty), which was a hair stylist is wearing the same style of clothes as my sister… oh, and Grandmother as me to take a picture of her… haha…

Anyway, on the MRT, there is this Elder Merrihill that talked to my Sister… guess he was preaching to her about the Lord or just commenting about something on the train, or maybe about me dressed like a ba zang ? or dumpling ? We parted with our Grandmother at Tiong Bahru, where she is on her way back to my Aunt’s house and we headed on… stopped by a 7-11 to get a bottle of Miranda Orange… which i wanted to drink… 1.5l bottle of it…

So, while we were eating, my Grandmother did a little calling to my Uncle to come over for dinner but he said no, since he is going to eat else where and watched some tv… Sister & Brother were both doing their own thing… Brother playing his handphone games that he gotten from friends from his studentcare and Sister listening to Harry Potter audio book…

We got ready the table for dinner soon after my Uncle & Aunt arrive… anyway, people have tons of Uncles & Aunts…

Food...

We are having duck, vege, ngor hiang, stewed prok & hair moss… anyway, there was another fish dish which came later so i didn’t take it’s picture… it can be seen on the table later… the vege is weirdly fried with pork… so that means that every dish has meat in it… which includes the hair moss with oysters ? not really that sure if that is really edible but i think it is oysters… the soup was very typically Chinese New Year soup… its served every year… so we asked our Grandmother not to make that but make lotus root soup or corn soup next year…
