Today, my family had dinner at the Crystal Jade Kitchen, at Causeway Point. By some chance, we are looking for Seoul Garden but was informed that my brother, 11 years old, would have to pay the adult price and we turned else where. And so we stumbled upon the surprise of Crystal Jade’s steamboat… funny, actually… 18++ for adults & 12++ for children (up to 12)…
We ordered, both, pork boned & clear based soup…
As you can see, there is a real pork bone in the soup, which i don’t really know why they had served it to us as well… maybe some people would like to have the bone marrow…
They served us with a free serving of fresh live prawns
You can see that the prawns are really still alive,…. moving…
The steamboat buffet, supplies Sour Plum Water, Chinese Tea and other soft drinks like F&N Orange…
We order quite a lot of stuff to eat,… as you can see in the list and from the pictures…
They served us with also some, but very little appetizers, which was not that bad…. but just too little…
You can also see from the pictures that the prawn dumplings that they serve has quite a lot of prawns in them… mainly the circular one has probably about 4 small prawns, while the longer one has about 2 small prawns in it together with pork fillings…
And below are the more random pictures taken :
Oh, the very off focused pictures are because they are taken using my sister’s 3MP camera phone… haha…
